Welcome to the Refresher Course Hub (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. The Platform is operated by DyingGlock in Australia.
The Platform provides authorized Firestone POST Refresher Course instructors a streamlined interface to manage refresher course tasks, track cadet progress, and log actions across Roblox, Discord, and Trello.
All logins occur via Discord OAuth. The Platform uses your Discord account to authenticate and reads your server roles in the Firestone POST Discord to verify access.
The Platform uses the BloxLink API to identify your linked Roblox account. Your Roblox username is used as your display name for all actions performed within the Platform, and your Roblox avatar or Discord profile picture may be shown.
Each session lasts up to two (2) hours and will expire automatically. Re-authentication via Discord is required after expiry.
All code, design, and content within the Platform are owned by DyingGlock unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or modify without permission.
Availability is not guaranteed. Outages may occur, including those caused by Discord, BloxLink, or Trello.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited for any damages arising from use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and, where applicable, relevant United States federal/state laws. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in those regions, as applicable.
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use signifies acceptance of the latest version.
